In-House Quality Testing
Beyond third-party certifications, our metallurgical lab performs the following tests on every production batch:
- HRC Hardness Testing — Rockwell C hardness measurement to verify heat treatment quality (target: HRC 55-62 depending on material).
- Ultrasonic Flaw Detection — Non-destructive testing to detect internal cracks, porosity or inclusions that could cause premature failure.
- Dimensional Inspection — 3D coordinate measuring machine verifies all critical dimensions against drawing tolerances.
- Material Verification — Spectrometer confirms steel grade and chemical composition match specifications.
- Surface Finish Check — Roughness measurement and visual inspection for grinding defects.
