Double-Shaft Shredder Machines

Nanjing Dete builds heavy-duty double-shaft shredders for plastic, tire, metal, wood and e-waste recycling. The machines shear material between two counter-rotating shafts fitted with crossed alloy tool-steel blades. Models range from the compact Mini (1.5 kW) to the 500 model for demanding industrial loads. How to read this table: Motor power and reducer size determine the torque available for tearing tough material. Shredder box dimensions set the maximum feed opening. Blade size and quantity affect cutting frequency and wear life. None of these values predict actual throughput — that depends on your material form, thickness, feed method and screen size.
