Nanjing Dete Shredder Blade - 撕碎机500

Shredder Chamber & Cutting Box

The shredder chamber is the core working unit of every double-shaft shredder. Fabricated from thick welded steel plate, it houses the cutter shafts, spacers and fixed counter knives. Removable side panels simplify cutter replacement and internal cleaning. Chamber geometry, cutter thickness and clearances directly define the final particle size and output consistency.

Drive Motor

Shredder drive motors must withstand shock loads, frequent forward-reverse rotation and sustained operation under material jams. We specify cast-iron housing, heat-resistant windings and overload protection. Standard high-efficiency and VFD-compatible variable-frequency models are available to match the control system and power supply.

Hard-Tooth Reducer / Gearbox

Carburized and quenched hard-tooth reducers deliver the low-speed, high-torque shear required for shredding. The gearbox absorbs instantaneous torque shocks from contaminated material and supports reliable forward-reverse cycling. Available in K-series and ZQ-series housings sized to the motor and cutting load.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q What is the practical difference between the K97 and ZQ400 versions?
A
The published versions differ in motor rating and reducer designation. Compare cutter speed, available shaft torque, duty rating, installation requirements and service access. Material trials are needed to establish which configuration better suits your process.
Q Does the 11 kW motor guarantee higher cutting torque?
A
Motor power alone is insufficient to determine cutter-shaft torque. Reducer ratio, shaft speed, transmission efficiency and component ratings also matter. Request the actual operating specifications rather than comparing only the motor nameplates.
Q Will this version consume more electricity per tonne?
A
A higher rated motor power does not by itself establish higher energy consumption per tonne. Measure energy use and processed mass under comparable conditions, including idle periods and reversals, to compare the two configurations.
Q What reducer maintenance information should accompany the machine?
A
Request the exact reducer identification, approved lubricant, filling quantity, inspection schedule and service instructions. Maintenance requirements should match the supplied unit and installation. Generic instructions for another reducer series are insufficient.
